Programme :
This programme, based on the book by and designed to emphasise the importance of embracing the mindset of a of the team or department that you are leading - a mindset that was put forth by the legendary Andy Grove, the co-founder and former CEO of Intel.

Anchored on a business simulation that highlights the challenges of managing a business in a competitive environment, the programme gives an global overview of how a company works, and to make the learning of strategy, sustainability, marketing, and financial concepts as easy and enjoyable as possible. Business School case studies and mini workshops are interspersed within the simulation to enhance the learning on the other aspects of a micro-CEO ie. organizational behaviour, change management and people management.

The approach builds strategic thinking, triggers shared insights that lead to real behaviour changes in the workplace, and results in much higher retention than traditional training methods. The programme will be facilitated by the author.
